1) Information and technical data shown on this catalogue, when not confirmed in writing by the company, are an indication only. Cibisol is not committed to inform about the modification and/or replacement of its products.
2) Price lists are EX WORKS and do not include transport charges, which will be debted separately.
3) Delivery terms are indicative and do not commit the supplier. No indemnity will be paid against any damage due to delays in the delivery, partial or total interruption of the supplies.
4) Common packing (carton, plastic boxes, etc.) are free of charge. Special packings as seaworthy wooden boxes or pallets will be charged at cost.
5) Delivery of goods is always at customers' risk, even when delivered free at destination. In the lack of an agreement about the means of transport of the goods, Cibisol shall decide the most suitable one without taking any responsibility.
6) Manufacturing defects of the goods must be communicated by registered mail within 15 days from the delivery (or 15 days from the identification of a hidden defect).
7) In case of any defect or low quality of the goods, when properly notified by the customer, the supplier shall, at its own decision, replace to defective goods or pay back the price, without any further obligement.
8) Return of goods must be previously authorised in any case.
9) Payments must be sent directly to Cibisol. In an amount will remain unpaid within the agreed terms, on the due amount, further to the bank charges, an interest rate as applied to the supplier from the Bank plus a further 3% will be added.
10) Court of Monza is the only competent court for any dispute.
